This is weird i know, but wash your hair with a bar of soap and then shampoo it ( NO conditioner)!! This removes all of the chemicals and stuff in your hair. Then go to the salon and tell them you want your hair stripped ( they will know what ur talking about). This should bring your natural color back! Good luck!

by dying ur hair u have already begun the damaging process bc ur putting chemicals in ur hair... nd if u use heat to it often the damage has been done already..

so to try nd avoid damaging it more wuld be to jus leave it the color it is bc u cnt avoid damaging it...u can only make it worse....

You can use loreal color zap or fix (design to wash out color dyes) then apply color (if you don't get your exact color back) you want hair to be after the application process of loreal color fix or zap.

If it's a permanent dye use a clarifying shampoo.
