Is there anything you can dye your hair with that is all natural?

And kool-aid!

Is there anything you can dye your hair with that is all natural?

You can use Henna, which is all natural, and has been used for centuries.(*and still in many hair coloring products, even, today)

Also black walnut (***be careful, this stuff can be permanent, so becareful in using this, use the same caution that would be used with any dye) Tea (yes, regular black tea, can also be used, to darken hair).

Be careful %26amp; good luck!

Is there anything you can dye your hair with that is all natural?

Egg yoke %26amp; Kool aid

What are some natural ways to change the color of my hair?

I hear a lot of weird myths. For instance; sticking your hair in ice for 3 hours and it'll turn darker.

I'm just wondering cause, I want to try some of your tips out to see if it works.

THANKS! :]

What are some natural ways to change the color of my hair?

I guess depends on the color you want to achieve.

If you want lighter hair you can put lime or lemon and then stay in the sun to get it lighter.

If you want it redish there is a product called henna that is natural and gives you that color.

If you want to darken it, put olive oil regularly and it will get darker.

I hope it helps

What are some natural ways to change the color of my hair?

use henna, or another natural hair dye found in health food stores. Henna..in case you don't know this, will turn your hair red..so unless you want to go auburn, look for other things at the health food store.

What are some natural ways to change the color of my hair?

all i know is the hair salon called Moxie's. their dye comes from plants so its natural and harmless to ur hair.

What are some natural ways to change the color of my hair?

Apparently if you go into the sun for sometime then your hair colour goes lighter?

What are some natural ways to change the color of my hair?

If you have light brown hair you can put lemon juice in your hair while you are out in the sun and it is supposed to lighten it!

What are some natural ways to change the color of my hair?

If you have light colored hair and would like to blacken it without the use of any kind of hair dyes, you can try using coconut milk as a shampoo.

What are some natural ways to change the color of my hair?

I use lemon juice to lighten my hair during the summer. And during the fall I use henna to add some red to it. When I make my henna (the green kind that is like mud) I use coffe instead of water, I add cinnamon to help get rid of the mud smell, and I add olive oil to moisturize. Hope that helps some.

What are some natural ways to change the color of my hair?

Henna...that's it.

I dyed my hair yesterday adn i bought a natural dark brown and my freakin hair went pitch bLACK?

I have to lighten it but how because it looks really foolish can someone please help me

I dyed my hair yesterday adn i bought a natural dark brown and my freakin hair went pitch bLACK?

good chance to get rich , sue them proove that yr hair didnt go brown instead it went pitch black

I dyed my hair yesterday adn i bought a natural dark brown and my freakin hair went pitch bLACK?

nah, you might not wanna do that, you jus dyed your hair yesterday. lightenin it today may cause some damage to your hair, jus chill out, enjoy tha new look, its probably cute anyway!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I dyed my hair yesterday adn i bought a natural dark brown and my freakin hair went pitch bLACK?

Did you have dark hair before you coloured it? It depends on the colour of hair yoou start with, you dont get the colour on the box...go to a stylist, becasue if you bleach it yourself you will damage it, and you need an expert to decide what tone you will need to avoid turning red.

I dyed my hair yesterday adn i bought a natural dark brown and my freakin hair went pitch bLACK?

Hey that's My oldest daughter name too Tara.Best thing to do is stop where your at.Look on box of hair most companies offer a toll free number to call for help. They can guide you.If there is no number go to store find a brand that does.I have seen women turn their hair all kind of colors and damage it by trying this and that.

I dyed my hair yesterday adn i bought a natural dark brown and my freakin hair went pitch bLACK?

Don't freak out. It will probably fade to what you want by the times Thanksgiving Break is over. Home coloring is always risky but in my home coloring experiance (which is a ridiculous amount) It fades in a few days. (Just don't go crazy and wash it 100 times, it'll damage your hair)

I dyed my hair yesterday adn i bought a natural dark brown and my freakin hair went pitch bLACK?

dark brown is all most black if you put it on hair that has been colored before, on top of that old color, then yes it would look black... lots and lots of shampoos and conditioners should get rid of it , when your trying to get rid of color multiple soapings at each shampoo, but let it sit with the shampoo on it for ten minutes or so e few times in a row, that trick should pull out some color.....good luck

I dyed my hair yesterday adn i bought a natural dark brown and my freakin hair went pitch bLACK?

Hold up

Usually when you dye your hair darker you always go a shade or two darker because of how much it lightens up..

If you just shower more and really scrub in your shampoo, with hot water your hair will lighten up alot

considering you just dyed it, it will put alot less strain on your hair and youll most likely get your desired effect

I dyed my hair yesterday adn i bought a natural dark brown and my freakin hair went pitch bLACK?

i did that. first, i tried to pull my hair out. but when that didn't work i washed my hair a bunch with clarifying shampoos and sat in the sun for a few days. it faded in about a week.

My hair line is thinning. Any natural remedy to minimise it?

There is no known natural remedy for thinning hair, except,of course, hairplugs;this isn't a permanent procedure as you will have to continue the treatment or your hair will keep thinning.

My hair line is thinning. Any natural remedy to minimise it?

Make sure you have a lot of iron in your diet and I know this sounds aful - but try taking prenatal vitamins, they include many natural supplements to help stimulate growth! If neither of those help as much as you would like, try Nioxon - it's a shampoo and scalp therapy system to help regrow thinning hair! Good Luck!!

Try Dr. Miracles Nape %26amp; Temple Balm

I want the highlights out of my hair.. i just want my natural color back, what do stylists do to res

and what are average prices for all the options?

I want the highlights out of my hair.. i just want my natural color back, what do stylists do to restore it?

they put a filler on it and then color your natural color all over, as far as price goes it depend son who you go to and how much hair you have

I want the highlights out of my hair.. i just want my natural color back, what do stylists do to restore it?

When I went back one time to my natural color my stylist took sample colors from her hair book and then held them against my natural color till she found one that matched. Then she did an all over color and I was back to my normal.

Cost really depends on where you go and how long your hair is.. so it is hard to say.. could be $50 or could be $100.

Try calling your regular hair stylist and ask her how much he/she thinks it would cost. If you do not have a regular person go to a person you trust and let them see you and ask what they think the cost would be.

They can give a close price range.

I want the highlights out of my hair.. i just want my natural color back, what do stylists do to restore it?

If your highlights are permanent, the stylists can dye it back to the exact same color that it was. If you want to find a dye kit that was your color go to a beary supply store and it will cost about $20. at the most

I want the highlights out of my hair.. i just want my natural color back, what do stylists do to restore it?

They just do an all over color of your natural color right over the highlights. Make sure you get a permanent color or it will fade if you get a semi or temp color. Make sure you want to go back to your natural color cuz if you don't your gonna just end up highlighting it again. Good luck. Please add me to your contacts and email me w/ any hair questions you have via yahoo answers.

I want the highlights out of my hair.. i just want my natural color back, what do stylists do to restore it?

I had my hair highlighted and when the highlights were starting to fade I went to the store and bought hair dye in my natural hair color. It only cost me around $8.00 for the dye. I know how to do my own hair. Go to your stylist who did your hair and let them know what you want and they should be able to help. I do not know what the price will be since I never have had my hair dyed by a professional.

I want the highlights out of my hair.. i just want my natural color back, what do stylists do to restore it?

they usually cut the highlights off your hair unless you have a lot=)

I want the highlights out of my hair.. i just want my natural color back, what do stylists do to restore it?

depending on the color of your highlights they may use a filler which is the missing pigment in your highlighted color then go back and use the permanent color of choice. you may or may not need the filler. if you use a semipermanent it will fade after time and will be able to see the highlights again. i am a cosmetologist and for that service alone with the filler and full color i would charge about 30-40$

I am going natural. I am multiracial and I have thick wavy hair; what type of products should I use?

The rest of my hair is relaxed... I was thinking that perhaps I should cut off the permed hair when I turn 18 (in October?).

And reference....I am Jamaican, Arawak (Amerindian), and German.

I am going natural. I am multiracial and I have thick wavy hair; what type of products should I use?

-Do you know that shampoo dries out hair? It's not neccessarily a bad thing, but for some hair types it is. Shampoos contain some of the same ingredients as laundry detergents!

-Use a shampoo with a low concentration of sulfate sodium laureth (salt- really bad for your hair) or don't use it at all. Simply massage your scalp with conditioner and rinse to remove dirt. My hair has become less oily and dry since I did this.

- I really like the frizz-ease hair serum and garnier fructis products. Aussie Moist Conditioner works great too, but there are more conditioners, gels, etc. on the website.

-This takes 2 to 4 weeks begin working. This is hard to do if you don't read the book, or at least the website. Good luck! Visit the sites for more tips on how to get naturally healthy hair!

I am going natural. I am multiracial and I have thick wavy hair; what type of products should I use?

Well first of all whenever you try to grow out your perm its hard because eventually the perm will break off and you will have nothing left but your unpermed hair in an unhealthy state.

So if your not afraid to chop it off and grow your hair more healthy do that.

I love olive oil hair products its light and doesn't weigh your hair down to much. Remember that even though you do have that "good hair" it still needs to be moisturized on the regular basis.

I am going natural. I am multiracial and I have thick wavy hair; what type of products should I use?

I feel your pain I'm in that same problem. Just make sure that you condition the hair very well and on the regular so the hair doesnt beak and shed badly. Eventually it will break and you will have to cut it but conditioning will prolong the time you have till then.

And that is an interesting mix. I'm Black, English, Irish, Brazilian, Cherokee, Mexican, and some other stuff~lol~

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

Should I try to dye my hair lighter again or will it make it even more orange?

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

the reason it did that is because of the developer you were using...was it 20, 30, or 40 volume??? the higher the number..the lighter it gets...you probably only used a 20...that happened to me before...wait a couple of days, and then try using the 30...not the 40 since your hair already lightened up a couple of shades...good luck

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

if you insist on having blonde hair i suggest you go to a stylist. they can fix it. chances are you won't be able to achieve the blonde look on your own. if you can't afford that, and don't want orange hair, then dye it back to brown.

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

Go to A hair dresser

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

Leave it alone and make an appointment to get it fixed once its orange its time for help, orange is hard to get out of hair

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

depending on how you dyed it, that is pretty common for us natural brunettes. i'd like to hear an answer to this question too

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

No don't go lighter. If possible go back to or close to your natural color. Also you might want to call the number that's provided on the dye box and see if it's okay to re-dye it right away. I dye my hair every 6 weeks, but I haven't experienced this, so it's best to be safe. Good luck.

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

there is too much brown tones so the blond will lighten it but not erase it...you need to strip the brown out first (you can buy stripper at a beauty store) then color blond on that...ash blonde works best for no orange tones good luck

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

Yes, bleach it again. Your hair is probably hard to lift and this is not uncommon, especially when drastically changing hair colors. Leave the bleach on your hair until it is pale yellow, remove it, then add the toner. I would honestly recommend going to the salon at this point, sounds like your in over your head on this and you don't want to fry your hair!

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

First dye it with hair bleach...leave it on for about 40 minutes or until it gets orange-y blonde. Then dye it with the hair color you want.

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

if u dye it again its gonna come out a creepy color, so just wear a hat, and hope no one will snatch it and run!!!!

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

That is very common when you dye your hair blonde from being burnette. You should try a toner first and see what you think.

I would honestly wait a week before you dye it again, but you should try the lightest color with a toner. Your hair isn't going to be that light because your hair is so dark it will make it the dirty blonde like you like it.

Test a small section first.

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

When you are going from dark to light it is always better to get it done professionally. I was a blonde and I died my hair dark brown at home and it looked great. I then wanted to dye it back to blonde, and i had it done professionally because I was afraid it would turn orange. My hairsylist said that is usually what happens. I don't think that you should try to dye it yourself anymore, you should definately visit a salon!!

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

u shouldn't die it more then once in a month let it breath (figur of speech) get some shampoos that r good for color treated hair then go to a perfessional and ask if they acn die it blonde u should've bleached it since your a brunette so it would go light and not turn orange

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

you can only go blonde after bleaching your hair, then dyeing it.

girl the same thing happened tome.

mine was orange and within days turned a nice auburn-light brownish color and i like it.

you should let your hair get healthy again [about 1 month]

and then go to a professional or dye it another color.

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

Do not dye your hair again. You can not dye brunette hair blonde. Blonde is not a color, it is the LACK of color. To obtain those results from brunette, you must bleach (strip) the color out of the hair shaft. You need to go to a top notch salon and ask for someone who specializes in corrective coloring. If you do this again on your own, your hair is going to look like crap. Be ready to shell out some cash, but if your hair is orange, it is worth it.

I am a natural brunette, and I tried to dye my hair dirty blond and it turned orange.?

go to walmart. buy color gone. it takes all of the color out. read the box. makes u more of a platinum blonde. leave it alone for a few weeks just putting lots of conditioners on it. then if you want change to a different color.

don't know if you are male or female, but have you tried hair gel? Scrunch your curls with gel and let it dry, undisturbed. Or how about root braids? I think that is a beautiful, neat look for people with unamanagable hair.

Tilt your head slightly to the side your blow-drying and point the nozzle down. To blast your hair all over will make it all puff up, but by pointing the nozzle down and brushing whilst it's drying, it makes it sit flat and makes some of the flyaways flatten also. I used to have this problem, but this sorted it for me! Hope this helps. :-)

Don't use so many heat products, eg straighteners, as they weaken your hair too much. Try Avon's Advance Technique Straight And Sleek shampoo, conditioner and balm. Make sure that when blowdrying hair, you do it from the roots, and it is better to blowdry on the lowest setting. Also use heat protective spray. Hope this helps, but if it doesn't, then sorry !! :( I have really frizzy, crazy hair too - it tried to eat me for breakfast this morning !!!! Lol :D

When straightening hair use a V shaped comb to get into your roots. You can buy them from boots in the hairbrush section, they help to get hair straighter than straight and really work - I have one and my hair is awfully curly. :(

Omdzz does anyone know how to curl your hair with mouse and make it look natural?

I always see loads of girls with their hair like that, not exactly curled, sort of wavy, and when you ask them they'l be like it's naturally like that, yeaaaaaaah right. Some people told me they mousse their hair and put it in a bun and go to sleep and when they wake up it comes out really nice, but i'm lazy so i haven't yet tried it and i don't know whether it would work does anyone know? xxxx

Omdzz does anyone know how to curl your hair with mouse and make it look natural?

me mee i doo!

lol

i did my hair like this 2day!

okay, the night b4, when u get out of the shower put your hair into 3 braids. Then sleep with them in. when u wake up in the morning put some mousee in ur hair and scrunch it up =D

Omdzz does anyone know how to curl your hair with mouse and make it look natural?

i personally like the product by garnier fructis called curl construct and when your hair is wet just put some of that in your hair and rub it in your hands then just grab groups of hair and squeeze them in your hands wiht the mousse in it.. but don't use too much because then it looks greasy.. but it will dry looking natural.. also this is going to sound weird but salt water... like ocean water curls my hair really well then top it off with stuff by aussie called sprunch! just make sure you squeeze the hair hard with your head upside down.. it always makes my hair curl

Omdzz does anyone know how to curl your hair with mouse and make it look natural?

It completely depends on your hair type. If you have straight thin hair - no, it won't work. If you have thicker hair that takes a curl easy with a perm, you will get some wave %26amp; body. Omdzz does anyone know how to curl your hair with mouse and make it look natural?

not to sure about the mouse thing but my aunt runs a salon if you want great natural looking curls try a set of large hot rollers and a verry light hair spray something volumizing it works great and take no time at all just plug them in roll them up in the time it takes you to get dressed they will be ready to come out

My hair i dyed dark brown, and i want to go back to my natural colour of light brown without damagin

My hair is quite thick and naturally wavy

My hair i dyed dark brown, and i want to go back to my natural colour of light brown without damaging my hair?

This is weird i know, but wash your hair with a bar of soap and then shampoo it ( NO conditioner)!! This removes all of the chemicals and stuff in your hair. Then go to the salon and tell them you want your hair stripped ( they will know what ur talking about). This should bring your natural color back! Good luck!

My hair i dyed dark brown, and i want to go back to my natural colour of light brown without damaging my hair?

by dying ur hair u have already begun the damaging process bc ur putting chemicals in ur hair... nd if u use heat to it often the damage has been done already..

so to try nd avoid damaging it more wuld be to jus leave it the color it is bc u cnt avoid damaging it...u can only make it worse....

My hair i dyed dark brown, and i want to go back to my natural colour of light brown without damaging my hair?

just condition it.

My hair i dyed dark brown, and i want to go back to my natural colour of light brown without damaging my hair?

just wait til ur natural colored hair grows back in....

wait for it to grow back in

You can use loreal color zap or fix (design to wash out color dyes) then apply color (if you don't get your exact color back) you want hair to be after the application process of loreal color fix or zap.

If it's a permanent dye use a clarifying shampoo.

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What'

I've home colored my hair for over 30 yrs. Now my roots seem to indicate that I'm very grey. That seems to be "in" now so what is the safest, easiest way to go grey. I don't want to just let it grow out--grey roots and auburn ends, UGH!!

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What's Safest, Easiest Way?

I was in your position and just kept going a shade lighter until it was so light the roots didn't show when coming through. Also I kept it trimmed regularly to cut off the darker ends. It's so much easier now that I don't colour it. Another bonus is I am now able to wear colours I wouldn't have consider before. Anything goes with white hair.

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What's Safest, Easiest Way?

I've been dying my hair for about ten years, when I decided to finally go back to being natural, I dyed it to a close color to the roots (in your instances you might not want to do this), and then I got a hair cut. I had very long hair and cut it very short, this way it cut off the dead ends, and excess weight brought on by dying, and made the hair healthier and grow in faster. This seems to be the most efficient way for me.

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What's Safest, Easiest Way?

if you don't want to let it grow out...what do you want to do? you don't want to color it....i'm confused. call sally's beauty supply and ask them.

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What's Safest, Easiest Way?

The easiest is to use none permanent colour wash until your hair grows out

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What's Safest, Easiest Way?

I think there are a few box dye kits for gray hair but it could be extremely tricky going gray from auburn. I'd recommend seeing a stylist. Trying to do that at home would definitely *not* be the easiest way.

You can always call one and ask if they would be able to do it for you. A phone call doesn't cost anything at all. :-) It will probably cost $60-$100, but on the bright side... you'll only have to do it once!

Good luck!

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What's Safest, Easiest Way?

There are products at beauty stores (like Sallys) where you can get a hair stripping products that take all the color out. I think for some of them you need to be a hair stylist and prove that you work for a salon (which stinks) but I think theres a few any customer can buy.

Its easy to use but just remember that taking color out of your hair is always very harsh so just make sure to do a few deep conditioning treatments afterwards.

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What's Safest, Easiest Way?

I agree with resignedtolife's solution, a bonus is that people who know you are less likely to notice a sudden difference if you take it slowly

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What's Safest, Easiest Way?

Yeah - grey/grey equals wisdom - you don't see Nelson Mandela or Bill Clinton wearing no hair dye.

Best way to get back to a normal silver top is to stop putting dye on your hair and let it just grow out naturally. Eventually after a few hair cuts it will look okay.

Remember, once you allow your natural glorious silver hair to show you are automatically a member of the Grey Panthers in America. Here in UK you are just old, like me, but there are 12 million of us, join the Union today.

Power to the people - the old people that is.

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What's Safest, Easiest Way?

if it was me , i would do it gradually...by having a good cut and some highlights or lowlights . that way, the regrowth is not so obvious.

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What's Safest, Easiest Way?

Womyn power! Grey hair is sexy and shows pure confidence. I've always wondered why women feel the need to hide it so often. What I did after dying my hair for years, was I let the roots grow out about 3 inches then I had an awesome short haircut that was pretty whacky - kind of semi-bob and one side had a longer strand... I wish I could post a picture of it - looked funky and fantastic. You'll have some of your "old" dyed colour on the longer strands but it will look fine for a few months, then you can chop that off and grow it out long or whatever you decide.

I've colored my hair for 30 yrs.I want to go natural (grey, I'm thinkig by now). What's Safest, Easiest Way?

this happend to my g ma so she shaved off her hair. you will look weird but people will think that you had brest cacer

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

who knows

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

yes

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Uh.. no.. we are equally smart!!! : )

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Yes

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

I don't think hair colour has anything to do with it. But anyone can act the numbbrain. So it is a real tossup.

--That Cheeky Lad

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

OK, so whats the punchline?

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

from my exprience they are all a bit thick

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

There isn't an apostrophe in blondes. It is a plural noun, like tables and chairs.

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

there is no connection between hair colour and intelligence

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

dont understand the question

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

i would say the other way around.

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

you must be a fake blonde huh?

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

not in my experiance.........................sorry

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

yes. natural blondes are of nordic ancestry. everyone knows germans, swedes, and norweigens, are mentally superior to those of anglo-saxon ancestry

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Hair color does not matter it is the way you have been brought up!

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

I am Blonde and i am very smart. I think people like Paris Hilton is a fake Blonde, and she is STUPID!

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Hair color has nothing to do with it. Hah

I'm a natural blonde, I get... average marks in school. I know fake blondes, natural blondes, and brunettes who are bothe more and less intelligent than me.

It's your motivation to learn that determines how smart you are, really. If you're woried about your hair color, then you're probably not going to be quite as worried about your school grades. But it's all in peoples individual personalities, has nothing to do with hair color in general. :p

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

I dont think there is any connection between hair color and intelligence

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Well have you heard the expression "dumb Blonde". Ok just because of your hair color(natural or dyed) doesn't mean you are any less or more as smart as another shade of hair. i'm a Natural brunette but i went blonde. I didn't get any dumber when i had dyed my hair. i went back to my natural shade. my friend has platinum blonde hair(almost white) and she's extremely smart. were always competing for whose the smartest in the class cuz weve been in the same class since the 4th grade and were in 9th now. So i hope this helps with that ridiculous question.

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

intelligence comes with age . it aint to bright to pour bleach on the cranium just to look like an intelligent true blond you DUMBY

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

no that is stupid

it doesn't matter what color your hair is

it all depends on your brain not your hair color or dye

(some natural blonds are stupid)

sorry to blonds...

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Well some of them are. Any brunette that think blonde's have more fun so they dye their hair blonde is pretty stupid. I'm a natural blonde, and I don't believe anything superstitious about us blondes. I don't really get this little fight between blondes and brunettes. We are not stupid and I don't think there is anything wrong with brunettes, either. We're all going to have to stick with each other no matter what our hair color is.

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Of course! Who would be dim enough to dye their hair blonde?

We are the Master race!

lol

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Both kind of blond's are intelligent. That's like saying are red heads angry all the time or brown haired peple not that smart, maybe even black haired people aren't. So, now it's not natural blonds it's bottle blonds, intellegent assumption.

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Blonde hair is a stereotype.Natural or not.If I were to put on a blonde wig it would not make me more stupid or smarter. It's just what you are born with thats counts as far as intelligence. Some women just choose to play the dumb blonde role more for attention that anything else.

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Intelligence is nothing to do with your skin or hair colour. Judging people by them is, however, all down to lowered intelligence levels.

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

don't think intelligence goes by the colour of your hair

really

it's just a stereo type

blonde's can be really intelligent

then again some can be really stupid

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

NO

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Fake blodes are obviously less intelligent than natural because you would have to be stupid to dye your hair blond and put up with the stick that comes with it.

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

Oh, but of course both fake and natural blondes are stupid. Bjorn Borg is pretty dumb as is Prince William and Boris Johnson. They're all stupider than stupid! You see, the way it works is: All the intelligence or grey matter, extends to the ends of the hair. Brain matter is dark and well, anyone can clearly see that blondes are light, signifying a lack of brain matter.

I'm really glad you posted this question. Who knows all those people out there could have gone their whole lives without knowing this ol' stereotype? Well done for waving the banner of ignorance and prejudice.

Hair colour and intelligence. Are natural blonde's more intelligent than fake blonde's.?

no because the reason people say that blondes are stupid is because it takes copper like chemicals to make brown hair, and blondes miss that chemical.the chemical is associated with intelligence, therefore a natural blonde is less ineligent that fake ones.since the fake ones do have the damn chemical.

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

i'm an all natural red head:)

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

im 24 years old and have never dyed my hair and never will unless it gets very gray!

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

I dye my hair to a color that looks like it could be my natural hair color when it's not really my natural hair color. Did that just make sense? But yeah, that's what I do!

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

Natural. And now some whites are starting to show. :-(

Disadvantage of being a mortal...

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

all natural!!!

it's the way to go!!!

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

all natural

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

i die my hair. when i was a teen i used to die it blond. but now i like to use like a light to medium auburn color

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

I don't even know what my natural hair color is now. It's bronblonegreyblk. lol

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

I like my natural hair because if we dye our hair it will make it damage and lastly U will loose your hair. That's what I know about dye which is not healthy to our hair, anyway it's up to U to decide... because It's YOUR HAIR

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

I just started dying and highlighting my hair because although I have had grey for many years, it is starting to make appearances around the frame of my hair line and that is not cute. It would be if most of my hair was grey, but I still have more color, so I had to do something about that.

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

all natural but i did get my hair chemically straightened so i guess either way it has almost worn off though

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

All natural. I love my red hair. It makes me stand out!

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

honey i,m 58 and never dyed my hair and am never going to. right noww my hair is brown. i guess it could change any time but if it does. i,ll just let nature take it,s course.

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

i dye mine i've had it blonde, brown (other than my own), red, black, and an off red and maroon

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

All natural---I'm too lazy and too cheap to deal with the whole dye job thing. And, I also live in fear of man made chemicals.

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

i've been dying my hair since 6th grade and have had almost every colour except grey. it's been everywhere from bleach blonde to green/blue and all shades of red. i just recently started dying it brown. it's the first time i've ever had brown hair in my life and it's probably the closest i'll ever come to my natural colour. i spent almost 3 years with black hair which is still my favorite. and surprisingly my hair is healthy.

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

I have blond highlights but not dyed all over. It's great to keep your natural hair colour but a change doesn't hurt either, you never know what you might look like with blond/black/red hair if you don't try.

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

once i did when i was in my teen and that too of red colour but now they r natural brown back to the normal ....

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

The 1st time I dye my hair was when enterring University, but now (work) I keep my natural hair.

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

natural baby!

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

well i dye my hair when it shows split ends..but i do dye with the same color..i dont want to looked like mess if i did it with colors other than the natural

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

my hair is highlighted. my natural hair color is blonde, but its a mousey color.

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

All natural!!!!! (Everyone looks better with their natural hair color anyway- God knew what he was doing when he gave you your hair!)

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

I dye my hair pretty frequently (about every two months) because my natural hair color is pretty dull. I also like to change the color of my hair ranging from light blonde to medium brown depending on my mood.

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

I dye my hair naturally to cover my grey hair. There is a trick which many are not aware. To get a natural black hair indigo leaves powder in combination with henna is applied.Try it you will get amazing results. check http://herbalhair.blogspot.com

Do you dye your hair or are you all natural?

What color is your hair...Is it dyed or natural?

Can anyone tell me how to put my natural brown colour back into my over highlighted hair i only want

my hair has been highlighted just a little to much i only have the top and middle sections highlighted not the bottom, i just want to put some streaks in rather than dye the whole lot it is not in terrible condition , just a bit too light, i have used hair dyes before and have had some good results, but this time i would love some advice on this , happy new year to all!

Can anyone tell me how to put my natural brown colour back into my over highlighted hair i only want to streak

go to the hairdresser and as for the to do it

Can anyone tell me how to put my natural brown colour back into my over highlighted hair i only want to streak

if i was you then i would go straight to the hairdresser and ask them to do that for you, you deffinatly dont want to take the chance of messing up and not liking you haor after : )

Can anyone tell me how to put my natural brown colour back into my over highlighted hair i only want to streak

use a tone on tone color. loreal makes the best one to me. i used to use wheat blonde which is a beautiful color but they don't have that color any more. go to a beauty supply store and ask for the closest color. a tone on tone will tone down the color and leave highlights.

Can anyone tell me how to put my natural brown colour back into my over highlighted hair i only want to streak

You should see your hairdresser. Colouring blonde hair brown at home isn't a clever idea. When you bleach hair, you strip the colour out and leave a yellow undertone. When you colour hair brown, the undertone is blue, so what happens when you put blue onto yellow? You get green!!! Your hairdresser can find a shade of brown with enough red in it to stop this happening. Plus if you want low-lights (streaks) and you screw up doing it, it'll REALLY show up and look rubbish, so you need to get it done professionally.

Have dyed dark dark drown hair want to change it back to natural?

do I need to strip hair of dye that's already there or can i just dye it back to what it was dark dirty blond/brown

Have dyed dark dark drown hair want to change it back to natural?

Yes, I would suggest striping the hair completely so the dark color flushes out completely. My friend has dyed her hair so much that the color is basically there for a while, but she stripped it and it looks almost completely normal now. Since I'm assuming you've only dyed your hair once or twice, stripping your hair is the way to go. Try Sally's Beauty Supply, they carry the stripping products if you don't want to get it professionally done.

Hope I've helped!

Have dyed dark dark drown hair want to change it back to natural?

I think it would be a better idea to buy a hair stripper, then dye it back, with you going that dark and trying to go back light, alot of times you end up with more of the brassy, orange look.

Have dyed dark dark drown hair want to change it back to natural?

Instead of changing the whole thing you could add some highlights like copper color.

But if you're talking black you're have to strip your hair which is turning it white and trying to dye it another color. Or grow it out is the best thing to do.

My hair is bleach blond and loosing it's natural curl, how do i get it back?!?

i've been bleaching my hair for quite sometime, but just recently it started being very straight. Any suggestions?

My hair is bleach blond and loosing it's natural curl, how do i get it back?!?

You might be using TOO much bleach.

Try:

-Not using it as often

-Going to the salon for a deep conditioner

-Corrective coloring. It will undo whatever coloring the bleach gave you, but it will restore health to your hair.

If you want to keep the color the same, I'd go with the deep conditioner. Not from a bottle, but from a hairstylist. That stuff works FANTASTIC.

My hair is bleach blond and loosing it's natural curl, how do i get it back?!?

curling iron!

My hair is really thick and natural. I want to stay natural but I want it texturized, fine, and silk

What do i do? what do I use?

My hair is really thick and natural. I want to stay natural but I want it texturized, fine, and silky.?

They are several things that you can do to make your hair more smooth, straight, and manageable without using chemicals or heat. Moisture is extremely critical to make your hair straight. However, you need to infuse your hair with long-lasting moisture that won閳ユ獩 weigh your hair down.

Tip #1: Do conditioning pre-wash treatments to your hair before shampooing it. Simply whip up 3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 egg, and a 1/4 cup of coconut milk. Let it remain on your hair for at least an hour. The lemon juice will act as a straightener. The mayonnaise and other ingredients will strengthen and moisturize your hair. Do this 2-3 times a week. Apply a warm towel around your head for deep conditioning.

Tip # 2: Buy a high quality, all natural hydrating and straightening hair care product for your hair. I have tried several hair care products, including Carol's Daughter, Giovanni, RedKen, Burt Bees, Ojon, KeraCare, and Motions. However, I recommend using GodHead Silky Smooth Hydrating Shampoo %26amp; Conditioner. It will hydrate and smooth your hair while infusing your scalp with essential oils made to grow and treat dry, coarse, and damaged hair. The product also contains moisturizing Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E, and Jojoba, which will heal and moisturize your strands and make your hair more bouncy, shiny, smooth, and healthy. The product will also soften and detangle your hair better than most, if not all, products on the hair care market. As a result, your hair will be more manageable and more straight. And, the more you use it, the straighter it will become. Go to www.discoverb4a.com to find the products.

If you don't want to waste any more money, I would buy this product. But, if you go with another brand of products, make you stray away from traditional, unnatural hair care products available for purchase in most drugstores or beauty supply stores. They contain synthetic emulsifiers and harsh detergents, such as Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Phosphates, Dimethicone, and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Unfortunately, these products are loaded with toxins and chemicals and will strip your hair of moisture and nutrients it needs to be soft, smooth, healthy, and hydrated.

Tip # 3: Drink water and take fish oil to give your hair moisture from the inside out.

What natural remedy can be done to thicken thin hair?

Hmmm... Well, some shampoos or conditioners claim to thicken hair, though they aren't exactly "natural"...

If you want your hair to grow in thicker, vitamin supplements like Biotin or Fish Oil Capsules (yeah, I know, that sounds gross...) help hair grow in thicker. I've used them before when I shed about half of my hair and needed it to grow back fast. They also help to slow "shedding" of hair, I think...

I am African American and have a natural. What products work best for blowing out/straightening hair

I have pretty curly hair. I had my hair blown out once and it literally lasted about one hour. I want to get my hair blown out and have it last longer than an hour!

What products should I use to blow out my hair as well as maintain it?

Someone recommended this new product by Nexxus--but I can't remember the name of it or know where to find it. I also know someone that used a product my Loreal and her hair stayed straight for a while.

I need help...I don't want to spend 4 hours getting my hair straightened and it doesn't hold! HELP!!!!

I am African American and have a natural. What products work best for blowing out/straightening hair?

Exactly how curly is your hair? I know mine is pretty curly and I straighten it with a Ceramic flat iron and it holds pretty well as long as it dosent get wet. I usually wash it then put my oil moisturizer and garnier fructis straightening serum on it then let it air dry and just flat iron and that works pretty well as long as I don't get it wet.

I am African American and have a natural. What products work best for blowing out/straightening hair?

Ceramic flat irons and Ionic ceramic blow dryers. I also think the key is moisturizing. Condition often, and find a good moisturizer. I like to use Honey and Mayonnaise (this is the nameof the product)

It is is conditioning, no build up so you can use it once a day, and it gives the hair a nice shine. I am not natural but I have two young daughters that are natural. So I know that it take a lot to maintain it. Also, find a good no frizz serum.

Has any woman experienced hair loss and found a natural cure?

I can tell you my experience. I have hypothyroidism and I have been told by countless dermatologists and endocrinologists that their is nothing that I can do. I moved to a new town and a friend recommended this endocrinologist to me and he switched me from synthroid to Armour thyroid. With in a week I stopped shedding and what I mean by that is that at any given time of the day I could run my hand through my hair and have a handful of hair my drains were always clogged my clothes were always covered with hair. but after I started on the Armour thyroid it stopped. I also use a shampoo and conditioner from a health and wellness company called Arbonne which I think you would be impressed with.

Yes, there are natural remedies that cure hair falling out. There could be many reasons why this is happening. It could be a hormonal imbalance, such as the thyroid. How to cure hair fall ?? Do they have natural remedies ???

It is normal to have hair fall out, mostly it is breakage and will grow like normal hair does, others are related to the hormones that actually do damage to the hair follicles and it has difficulty re-growing (this can be genetic or even environmental).

What I have found (being a male victim of the latter) is that proper nutrition (anyone surprised I said this?) can help prevent additional permanent loss and even help some growth areas.

I have found (mostly by accident) that a mix of a specific set of natural phyto-based nutritional supplements seems to provide the balance needed to help slow down the hormonal and environmental issues that can lead to the permanent loss.

I was thinning on top regularly and getting worse until about 2 years ago. I began taking a glyconutritional supplement, and a phtyo-based micronutrient (plant based multivitamin), an endocrine support supplement (Phyto-sterols), and an anti-oxidant (plant derived as well with an ORAC score of over 15,000). Once I took all four of these in very high quantities in the beginning (and significantly increased my water intake) two things happened, my hair started growing (along with my nails, etc...) at almost 3 times the rate it used to (I had to visit my hairstylist a lot more!) AND on my fourth visit to my hairstylist (about 6 or 7 weeks into it) she pulled back my hair at my forehead and was shocked to find a small forest of new hair growth interspersed with my other hair. (She now takes them as well)

I am not saying this will do anything for anybody, but I have not stopped any one of the four supplements in case it stops the positive effect (i.e. I have not tested to see if it was all four or a combination of two or more, or what 閳?I was taking the glyconutrient by itself before so I know it was not that specifically but a combination of that and one or all of the other three), but it worked beautifully for me... This is nutritional therapy at its finest, giving the body what it has always needed to do what it always could!

How to cure hair fall ?? Do they have natural remedies ???

Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Since iron-deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss, make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet that includes a daily serving or two of iron-rich foods. Check out

How can I get my hair to go back to it's natural color?

my hair is getting grey, and I don't want to dye it. I want my red hair back. It is like ash blonde and grey mixed now. But my eye brows are still red. My mustache is still red, and my beard is all white.

Is there like vitamins or something you can take or whatever? Is dye the only way?

How can I get my hair to go back to it's natural color?

How can I get my hair to go back to it's natural color?

Sorry, dye is the only way.

How can I get my hair to go back to it's natural color?

There is no miracale vitimin you can take. Just dying it. My dad has the same problem.... His hair is naturally dark, and his mustache and eye brows are dark also... His hair has started to grey a bit... so he dyed it a few times, and it just keeps getting greyer... Age is a part of life... just get used to it.

How can I get my hair to go back to it's natural color?

If you don't want to dye, go full on bald. From what you described you will still be hot. Here is the other side, greying isn't bad either. Also, why are you really worried, a woman likes a man with style and game.

A man with confidence can seduce any woman in the room when he believes he can!

Unless your married.........then shame on you. Or not....if your woman fell for you in the first place, have her take you to get "fixed" up.

Next .....I am 39........I like to see men proud of their age. If you want younger, then dye, bud.

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do w

i think if i try to go darker, the color will fade. i have been dyeing my hair for 2 years. should i try to grow it out and cut it really short?

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

If you try to color it darker, especially if you try to put ash in it, it will turn green and maybe purple. Definately green, though! If I were you, I would stop the chemical ravaging of your hair - it will only fry and end up brittle and break off so easily without effort. Try what I did - stop coloring, and trim it until the blonde is out. Your hair will be much healthier and then you have a fresh pallette to work with color on.

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

yeah well u should grow it n cut it out n then color ur hair to mahogany...i think taht it will suit u.....if ur complexion is fair.....

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

you should definatly cut any split ends.

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

You should cut and it and get it striped...they will bleach your whole head and then dye it back to your natural color.

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

Have a good haircut and get the hair conditioned. Don't use other colorants before you've "repaired" the damage. Growing it out would mean a period of really messy hair...

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

You are right... adding more color may fade if your hair is extrememly damaged. Additionally, it will likely only add to the damage. When you say you have been "dyeing" you hair for two years, do you mean you have been lightening your hair? If this is true, the damage is from this lchemical lightening process being repeated over time (whether by color or bleach solutions). Your hair can take only so much before there is nothing left in it's inner core resulting in weak, frizzy, brittle hair.

My best advice to you my dear is to seek the advice of a local salon professional. There are other alternatives to chopping your hair off. As a general rule, I'd lay off the color/chemical processing for a bit until you can try to restore some of your hair's health and moisture. Without seeing your hair, it is very hard to tell you what might be your best course of action. That is why I would recommend seeing a salon pro in your area for a consultation. Conditioning treatments may be an option...

Seek the advice of a licensed professional stylist and you will not be disappointed!

Best of luck!

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

i had the same problem recently. i let my hair grow out for about two months to let it start recuperating from all i had done to it. then i put in thin low-lights (streaks of color) the same color of my roots (light ash brown) throughout my hair (especially the bottom), so that it wouldn't be drastically dark compared to how blonde it was but still look more like my natural color. i cut a few inches of the damaged hair off the bottom and put in a reconstructive %26amp; hydrating treatment (try suntherapy or redken all soft heavy cream) and now my hair is strong %26amp; healthy again!! hope that helps =] oh, and i wouldn't take the advice of getting it bleached %26amp; then dyed... if you're hair is brittle %26amp; weak, more than likely your hair will just break off %26amp; you'll end up losing a lot of hair. instead just be patient with it and NO MORE BLEACHING!!!! good luck!

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

You should get it trimmed at least, all colors fade eventually, butt get a nice healthy cut before you dye it again, and keep it trimmed tomake it stay healthy looking, and if u are determined to go dartker do it gradually.

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

My suggestion is to cut off the damaged hair, and allow your natural hair to grow in for about 3 months. My natural colour is dark ash blonde, I've been dying my hair for about 20 years, everything from platinum to chestnut to auburn. The worst damage I've had was when I permed my hair after dying it. I had to cut about 6 inches off and do regular deep conditioning treatments for about 3 months.

Just stay away from reds if you chose to dye your hair again. If you want to darken your hair there is a trick to keeping the dark colour longer.

You have to buy two boxes of hair colour. Take the colour tube/bottle from one package, and saturate your hair. Leave on for about 20 minutes. Throw out the rest of the first box. Now mix the second box of colour like normal and colour your hair.

What you have done is "add" pigment to your hair. Normally this is done to hair that is really light blonde so it can hold a brown tone.

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

Damaged Hair no problem! What I would suggest is to go easy on the hair color and styling and start using a lot of leave in conditioner The leave in conditioner adds essential nutrients to your hair which reverses the damage. Also trim your hair slightly to get rid of the split ends and breakage. Trim your hair monthly. Wash your hair every other day with a gentle shampoo and conditioner 2 in 1. I say every other day to give your hair time to recooperate and to get back all its natural oils. Another thing that I swear by is mayonnaise. I know it sounds crazy but mayonasie serves as a coating for the hair not only does it reverse the damage but it also adds depth, volume, as well as essential nutrients. For the next couple of months do not color your hair. Give your hair a break from the blonde hair coloring. Most blonde hair coloring contain a lot peroxide which can be harmful. What I suggest is to steer clear of the platnium as well as the ultra light shades for a while. Try the gentle blonde hair colorings available. What I personally recommend is the Ash Champange as well as netural tones because they get the hair blonde with less damage example Loreal Feria #81 cool blonde ashy blonde. Do not color your hair more than once every other month for optimal health and shine. Don't worry it is possible to reverse the damage, with a quality leave in condintioner, and mayonnaise your hair will be healthy, shiny, and silky.

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

No you should trim six inches or so...then gradually go lighter. Deep condition regularly every couple nights. Use a good ddaily conditioner too. I would say do it gradual. Its probably not as bad as you think.

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

First of all get your hair a nice trim, cut all the split ends, cut them as more as you can. Try using slightly heated olive oil message in your scalp then wrap a warm wet towel around your head it will improve your hair texture and will reduce the split ends. You must give a good gap of 3 to 4 months to get a new co lour to your hair otherwise it will damage your hair.

Secondly try some of the lighter shade of brown or any other color try to avoid blond as when your hair grow the color difference will force you to get them dyed again. Don't use very frequently the hair dryers and irons. Try to dry them naturally.

Growing them all and cut them out is a good idea if you have that much time.

I have blonde hair that is long and damaged. my natural color is light ash brown. what should i do with it?

go to a stylist let them help u.
