I have a natural middle part in my hair but...?

I want to have side bangs sort of like what Nicole Richie has. I've had bangs on the side before, but I have trouble getting them to stay over to the side, or they will try to seperate where my middle part is. What can I do to make them stay and not seperate?

If you have a cowlick, that might be a little tough. You might want to try going with a heavier bang (thicker) so that the extra weight will help hold the bangs in place. Or, start by blowdrying the bangs into place first and try using a flat iron to get them into place.

Yeah gotta train them(yep Sounds weird) but try pinning them to the side where you want them.

My neice has a permanet side Parting, from where my sister had always parted her hair, the same way since she had started to get hair.

just wet them down and move them to where they shud be according to u. then take a blow dryer and blow dry them. the hair will soon start to grow this way. hope i helped!!! :)

use a styling putty if you have really stubborn hair. otherwise mousse or hairspray may work. however, but it in your hair and then use the hottest setting on your dryer to 'set' your bangs to the side using a round bristle brush.

yea i had the same problem. every time i come out of the shower my hair goes back to its original place. i use leave in creme on my hair. what i do first is I brush like a middle part of hair and then i put the creme on that part first and push it too the side. also if u take a shower before u go to sleep, u can clip the part to one side of your head that u want to go to the side and then in the morning put some hairspray on that part.
